What you'll do:
You will manage your own projects in the field of Retail Management across our European Emma stores.You will support the steering of retail performance and processes across our European stores.You will suggest ideas to improve stores based on feedback from team members and store managers.You will work closely with store teams to gain insights and build efficiencies within store operations.You will be comfortable working with retail KPIs and identifying levers to drive success.You will contribute to other projects or activities aligned with your interests (e.g., training calendar/execution, sales strategy, KPI development). Who we're looking for:
You are currently studying Retail Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related university program, and you are available to start as soon as possible.You have first practical work experience in a start-up or fast-paced business environment (preferred).You have strong analytical skills, you learn quickly, and you have crucial Excel skills.You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you are people-oriented.You are responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.You are available for at least 6 months.
