We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to lead the charge across our organic channels. You’ll be the voice of our brand online — planning and managing our content calendar, crafting engaging copy, collaborating with internal teams to source content, and posting with precision and personality.
You’ll also support on light design tasks (or update existing templates in Canva or Figma), and ideally bring some community management chops to help us deepen engagement with our audience.

  • Own and execute our organic social media strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Manage and maintain a well-planned content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and brand priorities
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy tailored for each platform and audience
  • Collaborate with and support internal teams (content, product, marketing, comms, HR) to surface great stories and relevant content
  • Source or create visual assets using Canva/Figma and ensure posts are well-designed and visually engaging
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and performance analytics to inform optimization and experimentation
  • Engage with our followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help foster a growing, connected community
  • Report on content performance regularly and make data-informed recommendations
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • English fluency required: You must be able to write and speak with the nuance, tone, and clarity expected of a native-level communicator
  • Familiarity with Canva and/or Figma; confident editing templates or creating basic visuals
  • Strong organizational skills — you thrive on structure and love a good content calendar
  • Naturally curious and proactive, always on the lookout for content ideas and creative inspiration
  • A pulse on social trends and emerging platforms—experience using Brandwatch will be highly regarded
  • Experience with community building and engagement a plus
  • Bonus: experience with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
