We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our next-generation cryptocurrency exchange platform. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with team members (Developers, Product Managers and Partners) to design, test, and deliver high-quality software productsDesign and develop scripted Python tests for integration testing scenariosPrepare and execute integration test scenarios for unreleased features and changes; integrate these into the CI pipeline and provide QA approval for production releaseConduct hands-on investigations to identify root causes of issues and communicate findings effectively to relevant teamsIdentify, prioritise, and address deficiencies in existing integration test scripts, implementing necessary improvementsEnhance the existing integration framework to improve automation capabilities and reporting qualityA development background would be advantageous Requirements:
5+ years of experience in backend QA engineeringExperience across the full testing lifecycle, including designing manual tests, developing automated scripts, and executing test casesStrong experience working in UNIX/Linux environmentsProficient scripting skills in Python and BashProven experience testing backend systems, including APIs, databases, and distributed (non-monolithic) servicesA mindset geared towards problem solving — able to identify not only what is broken, but why it is brokenFluency in English to effectively collaborate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional language skills are a plus
