What you'll do:
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesBuild and maintain reports and datasets using Excel and/or PythonSupport the design, documentation, and improvement of supply chain processesWork with multiple stakeholders across different teams and departmentsAssist in executing process improvement initiatives and operational projectsCreate clear documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations in a structured and professional wayTake ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results independently within defined timelines Who we're looking for:
You’re pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.You’re bringing prior internship or work experience in analytical, operational, or project-based roles.You’re skilled in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, and reporting.You’re equipped with basic Python knowledge or experience using it for data analysis and reporting.You’re comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.You’re strong in written and verbal communication.You’re able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.You’re structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with a high standard for documentation and process clarity.
