We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our HQ. Beyond daily operations, you will take ownership of the office experience—improving processes, identifying needs, and helping shape a great employee journey from day one.
You are an organised, hands-on, and proactive professional who enjoys creating structure, memorable moments, and meaningful events in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You work well independently and as part of a team, communicate clearly, manage and negotiate with suppliers confidently, and feel comfortable using digital tools. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Create a great office atmosphere by owning the day-to-day office experience and supporting employees and visitors through seamless operations, well-maintained spaces, and meeting-ready environments.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Improve tools and processes to keep the office running efficiently.
- Ensure the office meets health, safety, and security standards.
- Maintain procedures, documentation, and emergency protocols.
- Handle invoices, payments, budget tracking, and office-related paperwork.
- Plan and organise company events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Support initiatives that strengthen team engagement and office culture.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years in Office or Facilities Management, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent English and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
- Organised, proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
- Strong people skills, able to collaborate, negotiate, and connect across teams.
