About the role

We’re looking for a People Associate to join our People team and support the delivery of a high-quality, human and consistent experience across the employee journey. This is a generalist role, and while you’ll contribute to different areas of People, an important part of your work will be in recruitment, helping us attract and welcome the right people to join our mission.

You’ll be part of an ambitious team, working in close collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with care. You won’t be asked to reinvent the wheel, but we’ll count on your ownership, organisation and curiosity to make sure things are done with rigour, empathy and a learning mindset.

Your role

  • Contribute to the full hiring process. From publishing job ads to reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates. Always with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Help ensure that every step of our recruitment process is clear, timely and aligned with our culture and values.
  • Support onboarding moments that reflect the care and intention we put into welcoming new team members.
  • Keep people and candidate records accurate, up to date and handled with confidentiality.
  • Be a point of contact for day-to-day questions, helping ensure clarity, consistency and trust across the employee experience.
  • Take part in people processes such as check-ins, surveys or communications that shape our culture from the inside.
  • Contribute to building a people experience marked by rigour, empathy and attention to detail.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR, People or People Ops role.
  • Organised and detail-oriented. You follow through and take pride in doing things well.
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn. You ask questions, seek clarity and enjoy understanding how things work.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive and responsible. You take ownership of your tasks and don’t wait to be told twice.
  • Communicate clearly and with care, and enjoy working in a collaborative, service-minded environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • Have been involved in recruitment processes, particularly in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
  • Are familiar with tools like Workable, Notion, Personio or other HR platforms.
  • Have worked in a startup or tech-driven company.
  • Bring interest or experience in healthcare, people analytics or employer branding.
