Freelance Marketing Designer

We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Designer for the next 6 months, 20 hours a week, to support our Marketing team with the following:

• Developing a new design system based on the homepage redesign to guide the rest of the pages (3 days)
• LinkedIn graphics and animation (around 5 per week) for posts like product updates, AI Giants or other livestreams
• Video editing for LinkedIn and YouTube (around 5 per month)
• PPC ad creation – dozens of graphics and clips for a multi-channel ad campaign
• Create engaging and intuitive landing page experiences that drive conversions from paid advertising campaigns.
  
  
• Designing swag and banners for events
• Blog featured images, product screenshots, clips, microanimations
• Image editing/creation for newsletters
• Monthly sync with our internal design team to ensure high-level alignment between in-app and website design

Design & Creative Skills

• UX/UI Design: Proficiency in designing user-centric interfaces, wireframing, prototyping, and creating effective landing pages
• Graphic Design: Strong foundation in composition, typography, and color theory for creating ads, social media graphics, blog images, and swag
• Design Systems: Ability to create, document, and maintain a consistent design system
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Proficiency in creating engaging animations and microanimations for social media, ads, and web content
• Video Editing: Competence in editing video content for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn, including basic audio mixing
• Branding: Ability to consistently apply and enforce brand guidelines across all materials, from digital ads to swag
• Print Design: Knowledge of preparing files for print production (e.g., banners, swag)
• AI-Powered Tools & Workflows: Ability to leverage AI to speed up video production, including AI-driven editing features (e.g., text-based editing, auto-generating cuts), automated transcription and captioning, AI voice-over generation, and creating video clips from scripts
