💼 About the Internship
We’re looking for an Finance Intern who’s eager to learn the ropes of day-to-day finance operations. You’ll support our Finance Team with key accounting processes and get hands-on experience with Portuguese accounting standards and fiscal responsibilities. From document organization to tax map creation, you’ll be guided every step of the way by our experienced in-house accountant.
🧾 What You'll Learn & Do
By the end of your internship, you’ll have practical experience in:
- Supporting the accounting process and learning how to classify and enter invoices;
- Assisting with account reconciliations and financial archiving;
- Organizing and managing accounting documentation using internal tools;
- Support the Accounts Receivable team to issue documentation to clients and update masterdata in the system;
- Collaborating closely with the finance team and its mentor and with other internal departments; and
- Support on other controlling and administrative tasks within the Finance team.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar;
- Portuguese and English fluency mandatory;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn;
- Proactive attitude, teamwork mindset, and good communication skills;
- Familiarity with Excel and interest in digital accounting tools is a bonus; and
- Basic knowledge of SNC, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax is a big plus.
