Seek to meet sales quotaUnderstand basic business concepts, structures, and processesConduct consultative conversations with in-trial customers by asking key questions to understand their businesses and needsPerform demonstrations to show the value of Pipedrive’s solutionsContact customers to follow-up and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that their needs have been correctly and effectively metSearch for business opportunities and trends in a proactive manner, and effectively apply this knowledge in the jobLearn about Pipedrive to become a specialist in order to be able to provide the right fit solutions to solve customers’ problemsCreate loyal Pipedrive clients by performing outbound calls of prospective and current trial customersUnderstand how to interact with team members, owning the appropriate tools for collective developmentTrack and documents sales-based conversations and activities in our internal Pipedrive system Does this sound like you?
At least 2 years of experience carrying quota and managing full-cycle sales processes, from initial contact to closingProficiency in sales methodologies such as SPICED or MEDDICExperience in delivering personalized software demos, ideally within a SaaS environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtremely well organized, with great attention to detailCustomer and results-orientedAn excellent collaborator with a can-do mindset Strong active listening and questioning skillsA team player and problem solver with a competitive attitudeGood negotiation skills and highly empathetic Why Pipedrive?
