We are looking for a great Concierge Specialist to join our Bolt Business team.

As a Concierge Specialist, you’ll be part of Bolt’s most premium support team—offering real-time, high-touch care to our luxury clients, chauffeurs, and fleet partners. This role blends hospitality-level service with operational excellence. You’ll monitor live rides, resolve issues proactively, and make every interaction reflect care, calm, and quality.

 

This is not traditional customer service, this is luxury concierge care, where every interaction must reflect discretion, proactiveness, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As part of our Concierge in-house team, you will actively manage live journeys, identify potential service disruptions before they arise, uphold the highest quality standards, and play a crucial role in shaping the client experience.. You will also gain exposure to various Bolt products (Ride, Food, Rentals, Business) and will be expected to adapt quickly as our operations scale.




  • Proactively support guests and drivers via chat, email, or phone in critical moments.
  • Monitor active journeys and step in before problems escalate.
  • Ensure top-tier ride quality by flagging service or vehicle issues.
  • Align with internal teams like Safety, Legal, and Ops for swift issue resolution.
  • Work across multiple Bolt verticals (Rides, Business, Rentals, Food).
  • Be flexible to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).


 

  • You have 1–2 years in customer support or luxury/hospitality service. A background or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Luxury Services or a related field is a strong asset
  • You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are calm under pressure, confident in solving complex problems.
  • You have a service mindset: warm, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • You are comfortable using tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
  • You are ready to learn, adapt fast, and work across systems and platforms
