Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry?

We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 35 markets and more than 15 retail stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

Ready to awaken your best with us?

What you'll do:

  • Lead and support a team of Order Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, clear goal-setting, and direct feedback — building trust, accountability, and a team that consistently delivers.
  • Conduct structured performance reviews and address underperformance with clear expectations and measurable improvement plans when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders, including Logistics, Customer Excellence, Sales, Tech, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations and proactive issue resolution.
  • Own operational performance reporting across key metrics — including backlog management, order closure rates, backoffice cost, and staffing efficiency — ensuring clear visibility and timely action across teams.
  • Standardize Order Management and Backoffice processes across markets, drawing on D2C best practices while adapting to offline operations.
  • Partner with Tech to enhance Fluent Commerce, Magento, and other operational tools — driving automation, surfacing system limitations, and championing long-term solutions that improve order flow and reduce manual workload.
  • Who we're looking for:

  • People-first leadership style that builds trust, sets clear expectations, and holds the team accountable to performance.
  • Experienced in leading B2B teams in retail, logistics, e-commerce, or order management in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Comfortable making decisions with available information and moving forward in ambiguous conditions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners around shared operational goals.
  • Process-oriented yet hands-on, able to design frameworks and dive into details when needed.
  • What we offer:

  • Pet-friendly office environment.
  • Discounts on our products.
  • Health insurance, including dental.
  • 24 vacation days.
  • A multicultural and international work environment.
  • Company events that are actually enjoyable and build meaningful connections.
  • Ownership, trust, and support from day one to grow your career
