THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our regional hiring needs and our global People & Talent strategy. Your mission will be to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for regional teams, empower hiring managers and People Business Partners, and act as a strategic advisor in building high-performing teams across our 5 core markets.

You’ll work closely with General Managers, Regional Ops Directors, PBPs and the central People & TA teams, helping them make the right hires at the right time, while bringing structure, best practices, and great candidate experience to everything you do.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for office and field roles across multiple countries and functions.
  • Partner with GMs and PBPs to deeply understand hiring needs, define scorecards and build tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Coach and enable hiring managers on best hiring practices, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Support and train regional stakeholders to become more autonomous in hiring, while jumping in hands-on when needed.
  • Leverage data to improve hiring outcomes, monitor pipeline efficiency, and support decision-making.
  • Help develop and scale TA processes, tooling and reporting with a focus on quality, speed, and alignment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-haves
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency (ideally executive search) and t least 1 year experience of in-house recruitment.
  • Proven ability to manage international and high-volume recruitment across multiple regions.
  • Strong experience with outbound sourcing, owning the pipeline and process end-to-end.
  • Experience working in or with fast-scaling environments (startups/scale-ups).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience with HR generalist tasks, budgeting, and/or data analysis.
  • (Nice-to-have) Previous experience recruiting for field roles.
