THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will own end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the People team.

You’ll be responsible for driving hiring outcomes, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience, while helping mature recruitment processes in a growing, international organization.

 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Own full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business areas.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels (direct search, referrals, ATS, job boards, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews and manage interview processes end to end.
  • Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Manage offers and support candidates through decision-making and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline visibility in the ATS.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency, quality, and forecasting.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a role model and reference point for best practices within Talent Acquisition.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using ATS and recruitment metrics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in scaling environments, startups, or high-growth companies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Ownership mindset, with a focus on impact, quality, and continuous improvement.
