Supply Chain Manager - Spain and Portugal

We are in search of a Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our Supply department.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Build, implement and develop a strategic supply chain vision in Spain and Portugal aligned with the company’s objectives to facilitate the operations of other departments (Deployments & Maintenance);
• Define and execute plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance;
• Ensure a proactive approach to stock replenishment with suppliers, minimizing lead times and reducing waste;
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance supply chain visibility through digital tools, reporting systems and implementing KPIs;
• Track carriers performance closely and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency;
• Define predictive logics and collaborate with key stakeholders to adjust supply tools accordingly;
• Act as the key point of contact between the deployment, maintenance and production teams.
• Work closely with the production department to align supply chain strategies with deployment/maintenance needs.
  

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• At least 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations;
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes on inventory management, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations and their impact on operations;
• Proficient in using IT tools such as WMS, ERP, and other relevant software systems;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities;
• Experience working in fast-paced and international environments;
• Fluent in English.
