We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Operations team. This role will play a critical part in managing the Accounts Receivable process and supporting Treasury operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing daily tasks related to Accounts Receivable and Treasury Accounting, as well as contributing to the monthly close and financial reporting processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Issue and post customer invoices.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Perform AR and bank reconciliations.
  • Support cash collection, payment runs, and daily treasury operations.
  • Assist with cash flow tracking and reporting.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to AR and Treasury.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
  • What you need to have:

  • Around 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, with focus on AR and Treasury.
  • Strong hands-on operational accounting background.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proactive and very hands-on approach.
  • Able to work independently with minimal onboarding.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Fast learner, comfortable adapting to new tools and processes.
  • Clear and practical communicator.
