YOUR MISSION
As a Glovo Senior Sales Executive, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores aligned with the local growth strategy. In addition to owning your individual sales target, you will dedicate part of your time to supporting and managing 3–4 Sales Executives in your team. The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with local stores to display them on our Glovo platform.
THE JOURNEY
- Seal partnerships with the best accounts, always aligned with the company goals, focusing on Outbound reach (cold calling, field sales, email communication) and/or Inbound reach (through marketing channels).
- As owner of your own pipeline, you’ll make sure to prioritize your leads and to guarantee full alignment with Glovo strategy
- Build long term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding
- Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
- Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new Sales Executives in your team, acting as a role model and point of reference for sales techniques, tools, and best practices
- Coach and guide 3–4 Sales Executives in your team, helping them manage their pipeline and hit their targets, while providing ongoing feedback and support
- Help identify and resolve operational or performance blockers within the team, working closely with the Sales Team Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Overachieving targets is a must
- For you nothing is enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf
- Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen
- 3+ years of hands-on sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment; experience mentoring or coaching others is a strong plus
- English knowledge on at least B2 level
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed while driving their own results
