What you'll do:
You bring at least 5 years of experience in supply planning and S&OP processesYou lead, coach and inspire a team, creating a high-performance cultureYou work confidently with planning systems and embrace learning new toolsYou use your analytical skills to turn data into insights and solutionsYou communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across all functions and levelsYou influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a complex, cross-functional environmentYou balance service, cost and inventory to support business objectivesYou drive improvements in key supply chain KPIs such as service level and inventory optimizationYou champion change, standardization and digital initiatives to enhance planning processesYou stay resilient and make sound decisions in fast-changing, uncertain situations Who we are looking for:
You have solid experience in demand planning, as well as S&OP processes. You have strong leadership and team management skills. You have expertise in forecasting tools and methodologies. You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problem-solving mindset. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization, as well as very good English skills.
