  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize People analytics and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, build business cases for new initiatives, and measure the success of your projects.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine our existing talent processes and programs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our company goals.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for your projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear, consistent communication across the organization.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Talent Management, L&D, or People role, with a demonstrated focus on program and project management.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. You are skilled in planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

  • You're comfortable working with data to generate insights, track metrics, and demonstrate the ROI of your initiatives.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and have a keen eye for detail. You don't wait to be told what to do; you identify needs and take initiative.
  • REWARDS & BENEFITS

  • Health insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well-being support and tools
  • Extra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the community
  • Training opportunities and free access to Udemy
