

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) (m/f/d)
Job Description
Hybrid in Lisbon (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office)

- Working in a team consisting of supportive and passionate software engineers (local and remote).
- Take part in designing and developing our solutions to be used by our end users.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and other developers, contribute to refinement and planning sessions and participate in team discussions on system architecture and component design.
- Contribute to the committed sprint stories, enabling the team to complete the set sprint goals on time.
- Reviewing other team members’ code, providing corrections and feedback in a professional, skill-building way, ensuring the team itself will improve as well as the quality of deliverables.
- 6+ years of experience writing and deploying high-quality production code to deliver business value
- Have a passion and track record for designing and building scalable services and interfaces
- In-depth knowledge of Typescript, Node.js and React
- The ability to accomplish multiple sophisticated software development tasks with minimal direction
- Agile development experience
- Experience mentoring other team members
- Have a product-oriented mindset: you like offering technical solutions to business problems
- Hands on experience with GraphQL and/or MongoDB is a plus
- Experience with GCP or another cloud provider (AWS, Azure, ...) is a plus
