What you'll do:
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people-related issues, focusing on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders to understand and address business and people needs.Drive talent development and retention by implementing strategies that raise performance and potential.Own and improve core people development processes (performance cycles, feedback, learning, exits).Advise on complex people situations, providing solutions for sensitive issues.Collaborate with regional and global P&O teams to ensure consistent and scalable people experiences. Who we're looking for:
4–6 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in an international, fast-paced environment.Proven track record in driving people development initiatives and optimizing HR processes.Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach.Excellent communication and intercultural competence.Experience managing complex people situations and providing senior-level advisory.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently.
