THE ROLE

As a Senior People Business Partner for Central Europe, you will be integral in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our company’s growth and culture across Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, and Greece. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance. By fostering a positive and productive work environment, you will help ensure that our team can focus on delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Reporting directly to the People Exec, you will collaborate with local leaders and global teams to ensure that our people strategies align with business objectives, while also ensuring compliance with diverse labor regulations across Central Europe.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Partnering with Senior Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand their business needs and provide People support and guidance.
  • Managing employee relations issues and providing effective solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Conducting performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting development plans.
  • Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyzing People metrics and providing insights to improve People practices and business outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with German, Italian, Swiss, Austrian, Croatian, and Greek labor laws and employment regulations, adapting policies where required.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of People's best practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  •  Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in German and/or Italian is highly desirable; proficiency in Greek or other Central European languages is a plus.
