What you'll do:
Strategic advisor to team leads and senior stakeholders across the full employee lifecycleMain point of contact for all people topics within assigned business areasStrong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to understand business and people needsTranslation of business needs into clear, actionable P&O recommendationsContribution to company-wide P&O initiatives aligned with business prioritiesSenior-level advisory on leadership effectiveness, talent development, engagement, retention, and team dynamicsSupport for leaders in development planning and handling complex or sensitive people situationsOwnership and continuous improvement of core people development processes (performance cycles, feedback, development talks, learning, exits)Focus on talent development and retention by raising the bar on performance and potentialClose collaboration with regional and global P&O teams to ensure a consistent and scalable people experience Who we're looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field4 to 6 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, in an international and fast-paced environmentExperience driving people development initiatives aligned with business needsProven track record of improving and optimizing HR processesExperience managing projects independently in a structured and solution-oriented wayStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on mindsetExcellent communication skills and strong intercultural competenceFluent in English, written and spoken, and a collaborative team player What we offer:
