What you´ll do:
You set ambitious goals in line with the company’s objectives You drive the strategic and intelligent implementation of marketing campaignsYou cooperate closely with our local business development and website teams as well as our creative team to develop, test, and implement your strategiesAs an ambitious partner of our global marketing team, you discuss marketing approaches on eye level and challenge the status quoBased on your in-depth knowledge of the online & offline marketing landscape, you enrich the long-term marketing visionYou combine creativity with statistical insights to achieve measurable resultsYou build, develop and advance our Dutch marketing team in Lisbon as a leader, expert and coach. Who we´re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced degree (Master's or equivalent) is a plusAt least 4 years of experience in marketing, with >1 years in a leadership roleProven track record in developing and executing successful full-funnel marketing campaignsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsExperience in managing internal and external stakeholdersFluent in both English (mandatory) and Dutch (strongly preferred).
