What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day relationship with last-mile carriers and logistics vendorsNegotiate and manage SLAs (OTIF, lead times, claim rates, service levels)Track and analyze logistics KPIs such as OTIF, cost per order, backlog, and claimsLead regular performance reviews with carriers and push improvement actionsSolve operational issues quickly when performance dropsIdentify and onboard new carriers or vendors when neededWork closely with Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Tech teams to improve delivery performance Who we're looking for:
Experience managing external logistics partners (last mile or 3PL)Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset, comfortable working with KPIs and operational dataExperience defining SLAs and managing vendor performanceAbility to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environmentClear, structured communicator What we offer:
