What you'll do
Own performance and strategic development of external logistics partners (last-mile carriers and 3PLs)Act as main interface between Emma and logistics vendors, from ops teams to senior managementDefine and manage SLAs, KPIs, and structured performance improvement plansMonitor network KPIs such as OTIF, lead times, claim rates, cost per order, backlog, and service qualityLead performance deep dives and turn data into clear, actionable initiativesDrive regular business reviews and continuous improvement with partnersIdentify network gaps and support onboarding of new carriers and 3PLs when neededWork cross-functionally with Supply Chain, CX, Finance, Tech, and Commercial to align logistics with business needsSupport on major issues when required, with a focus on root causes and structural fixes, not only daily operations Who we're looking for:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with strong exposure to carrier and 3PL managementStrong understanding of logistics networks, trade-offs between cost, service, and scalabilityComfortable managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance discussions with external partnersExperience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authorityAnalytical and structured, able to translate data into operational and strategic actionsPartner-facing, confident in both operational topics and performance reviewsExperience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or international logistics is a plus What we offer:
