We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as Senior IT System Administrator. In this key role, you will oversee and maintain the stability, security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Our team is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex problems and drive business success. 

What you will do:

  • Office 365 & Azure Environment Management: 
  • You will oversee and manage our Identity Provider (Microsoft Entra), maintaining best practices on users and groups management as well as maintaining our access control policies.  

    You will operate, secure and optimize our cloud infrastructure (Office 365 & Microsoft Azure).  

  • Asset & Endpoint Management:
  • You will be responsible for our Device and Endpoint Management, optimizing Windows & Macbook deployment using Intune.  

    You will configure and deploy Intune policies to ensure all endpoints meet organizational security requirements.  

    You will help our internal Procurement team to manage our IT assets Lifecycle. 

  • Collaboration & Decision Making:
  • You will facilitate our IT operations by scripting, automating tasks and mentoring juniors System Administrators.  

    You will engage in innovative projects with other departments at Emma to improve our efficiency in our business processes and optimize them.  

    You will make strategic decisions autonomously, including those affecting cross-team architecture.  

    You will drive strategic alignment across teams, ensuring a strong focus on our company goals.  

    Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function, with a strong focus on Azure & Intune. 
  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading technical teams. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • Hands-On mentality. 
  • Proven experience in Scripting (pref. PowerShell).
