THE ROLE
As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be the insights partner for a product/domain, turning data into decisions. You’ll own metrics, dashboards, experiments, and deep-dives; you’ll level up data literacy across your stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Define metrics & data contracts; maintain certified dashboards.
- Build analyses (SQL/Python) and clear executive readouts.
- Design & evaluate A/B tests; causality and incrementality thinking.
- Proactively surface opportunities and risks; partner on OKRs.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 4–7+ years analytics in product/marketplace environments.
- Strong SQL; Python/R a plus; BI (Metabase/Looker/Superset).
- Experimentation design, basic statistics, and storytelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
