Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gather and understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical solutions to support data-driven decision making
- Deliver clear insights through interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards
- Identify patterns, trends, and business metrics to support strategic decisions
- Follow and promote best practices to ensure high data quality and reliability
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define and develop reliable data sources
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience with Python for data processing
- Solid understanding of visual best practices and dashboard UX
- Familiarity with e-commerce
- Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain insights to stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Open to feedback, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge
