We’re looking for Senior Account Executives to help drive growth in our global markets. Based in Lisbon, you’ll play a key role in converting trial users into paying customers by engaging with prospects, conducting demos, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll own the full sales cycle, support our high-value customers, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to hit conversion targets, while also gaining exposure to various regions for broader sales development.

Own the full sales cycle for inbound trial users, from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a seamless onboarding experienceEngage trial customers via calls and emails to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Pipedrive delivers valueConduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase Pipedrive solutions and guide users toward purchasing decisionsTrack and manage customer interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth deal progressionSupport trial users through the decision-making process, addressing questions and overcoming objections to drive conversionsDraft quotes, send proposals, and guide customers through payments and contract completionCoordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the sales journey, including legal, solutions engineering, and internal teamsCollaborate with sales and customer success teams to optimize lead distribution across designated marketsSupport the Sales Team Lead with strategic initiatives and process improvementsStay up to date with Pipedrive features and sales strategies to provide customers with the most effective solutions Does this sound like you?
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sales experience as an Account ExecutiveProficient in Pipedrive CRM with a strong understanding of sales processesExperience in SaaS salesKnowledge of diverse industries, including startups, real estate, fintech, and consultingExcellent communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and relationship-buildingStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless follow-ups and accurate documentationAbility to navigate challenges while maintaining a customer-first approachProficiency in Google SuiteGoal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive, focused on achieving targets and collaborating with the team to optimize sales effortsFluency in English; additional languages are a plusExperience with AI tools is a plus
