
Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors ONB and RCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Customize workflows, templates, and business rules to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Integrate ONB and RCM with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems (e.g., background checks, ATS).
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
In order to succeed, you'll need
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, working with RCM and ONB modules
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and application support
• Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in learning and onboarding
• Ability to conduct business analysis, document requirements, and deliver solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in RCM and/or ONB are a plus
