
Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• The integration strategy of global P&C systems
• Setting the architectural guidelines for the integration area and actively advocate the usage of industry standards and best practices within the organization, in connection to the central IT integration strategy
• Keeping the Data Model in-sync between the integration platform and SuccessFactors
• Representing the integration team in P&C and architect forums
• Working together with HR Hub Product Owner to prioritize and align deliveries from central integration team
In order to succeed, you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an integration developer and integration architect
• Experience working with agile methods and tools
• Good knowledge in CPI and BTP.
• Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
