What you'll do:
Find and approach potential independent store partners in the Germany, UK, and/or PortugalWork with partners to identify and assess possible store locations that fit Emma’s criteriaConduct basic market and retail research to understand which areas and cities have the highest potentialExplain Emma’s store concept to partners (location requirements, layout, assortment, customer experience)Support or lead commercial discussions with partners around store setup and collaboration termsAct as the main contact for partners during the store setup and opening processCoordinate with internal teams (BD, Retail Ops, Logistics, VM, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance) to ensure partners get everything needed for a successful launchCreate and manage project timelines to ensure each partner store opens on time and with the agreed scopeEnsure partner stores follow Emma brand guidelines, visual merchandising, and operational standardsGather feedback from partners and stores to improve how independent Emma stores are rolled out and managed Who we are looking for:
Experience in retail expansion, business development, real estate, or partner / franchise-like modelsStrong negotiator with solid commercial sense; confident with investors, landlords, and retail partnersSkilled at managing multiple stakeholders and balancing partner needs with Emma’s goalsComfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersAnalytical and structured; able to assess locations, partners, and commercial trade-offsHands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, ready to dive into detailsFluent in English; German and/or Portuguese are a strong plusWilling to travel across the UK, Germany, and Portugal What we offer:
