About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you'll do :

You will be a trusted partner in the planning and execution of new store openings across various European locations.

You will assist in promoting the Independent Emma Store program through creative and effective marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with logistics teams to manage order processes and maintain operational excellence.

You will act as a key point of contact for external partners to streamline communication and facilitate project alignment.

You will provide updates and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Who we are looking for :

You speak French and English fluently

You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.

You are equipped with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You are proficient in project management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.

You are skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions, enabling effective collaboration with partners and teams across diverse locations.

You are interested in retail, logistics, or marketing within a fast-growing industry. Previous experience in the retail sector is a plus.

Given the scale of the project, we are looking for someone that is available for 6 months or more .
