We are seeking for an experienced and hands-on Regional Stores Manager to support and optimize store operations across Iberia. In this role, you will be accountable for executing retail strategy on the ground, driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing store teams. You will work closely with central functions to bring consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement to our store network.
What You'll Do
Own the P&L of the stores within scope, conducting profitability analysis to continuously improve performance.Monitor and optimize retail performance through clear KPIs and structured performance review cycles.Propose commercial initiatives to enhance sales. Lead regional harmonization of best practices in retail operations. Take accountability for performance and coordinate with outsourcing agencies and the Recruitment function to ensure staffing needs are met. Shape and manage high-performing teams across your region, including recruitment, coaching, evaluation, and people development. Ensure consistent product and operational training is delivered across all stores within your scope. Identify training needs and coordinate with the central team to set up workshops and development plans. Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints, driving customer satisfaction. Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in a regional or multi-store retail management role, with direct responsibility for store operations and performanceStrong hands-on background in operational retail management, including store supervision, training, and complianceStrong coaching skills with the ability to take tough decisions and deliver direct feedbackHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced retail environmentFluent in English, Portuguese, and SpanishWillingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 70%) to visit stores across the region, while still reporting to our Lisbon office What We Offer
