THE ROLE

As a Regional Operations Intern, part of the West Europe Regional Team — focused on the execution of regional processes and the management of a network of local depots and their respective teams — you will support the daily operations that drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in your region.

Working closely with the Regional Operations Director and other team members, you will assist in the execution of end-to-end processes that enable operational success, such as supporting real estate expansion projects, day-to-day property management, health and safety compliance, and supplier network development.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regional operations within a fast-paced, international environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Support the team in implementing and improving local operational procedures.

Assist regional and local leadership in achieving key operational results.

Help manage relationships with local partners and suppliers that support daily operations (e.g., real estate, laundry, gas, and cleaning services).

Contribute to stock replenishment procedures and ensure smooth operational flows.

Support real estate and supplier procurement, helping to expand and strengthen the local network.

Participate in projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall operational performance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Background or ongoing studies in Business, Management, Operations, or related fields.

Proactive and hands-on attitude — you like to take initiative and solve problems.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Team-oriented mindset, with the willingness to collaborate across different teams and locations.

Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

Clear and effective communication skills, both internally and with external partners.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or French skills are a plus.
