What you’ll do:
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Emma’s Quality Management System.Assist in the coordination of product claims and help analyze customer feedback to improve product quality.Participate in first production validations, quality checks, and supplier audits.Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.Work closely with the Quality Manager and collaborate with other teams including R&D, Procurement, and Operations.Contribute to quality data analysis and help prepare internal reporting on supplier performance and claims.Help ensure Emma’s products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Who we’re looking for:
You’re studying or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.You’re curious, hands-on, and eager to learn about Quality Assurance in a fast-paced production environment.You enjoy solving problems and want to be involved in real improvement projects.You’re comfortable working in English and collaborating with cross-functional teams.You’re interested in growing into a long-term position within the QA or production team after the internship.
