THE ROLE
We are looking for a Test Engineer with high levels of critical thinking, attention to detail, user experience sensibility and knowledge on test automation technonogies and continuous delivery processes. If you come to the team, you will learn our business flows and user interface aspects of our applications, how to navigate in our codebase and help us to identify quality weaknesses. Combining the latest technologies, agile way of working and the continuous striving for the best solution, we will build a world-class e-commerce platform. You will also contribute to the unique culture that is all about people.

Advocate for quality within development teamsMake testing part of the teams' development processInterface with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure and Data teamsReview software requirements and technical specification documentationCoach other team engineers on quality and test automation best practicesContribute to our Farfetch quality, continuous delivery process and infrastructure. Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages like C# or JavaUsed to specify and run scenarios and test cases (manual and automatic)Used to write algorithms and report bugsExperience in bug management toolsKnowledge of databases and version control systemsKnowledge about CI/CD processesExperience in UI and API automated tests is a plusExperience in Accessibility and Performance testing is a plusProficient in written and spoken English.
