THE ROLE
With aspirations to transform how we service our customers, you will ensure the smooth execution of strategic operational projects related to the improvement of our Fulfilment Network. Reporting to the fulfilment logistics lead, you will be in charge of delivering transformation projects on time and within budget, ensuring our project portfolio makes us better, faster, cheaper and that we are constantly improving our services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify process optimisation opportunities with a data-driven approach.Lead the delivery of fulfilment-based projects within our warehousing network.Connect operational execution, technology systems and business priorities.Report on assigned projects across the portfolio, ensuring budget and scope are followed, dependencies are managed, and risks flagged accordingly.Find new ways to overcome prioritisation challenges, showstoppers and project blockers.Organise steering committees for strategic projects, ensuring the senior leadership team is kept informed. WHO YOU ARE
2+ years of experience optimising operations.Experienced in LEAN and continuous improvement in fulfilment / production environments.Strong analytical skills.Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (which can have conflicting motivations), communicating clearly, and giving structure to complex challenges.Project Management and Supply Chain / Logistics qualifications desirable.Customer ethos.
