Procurement Specialist

To keep up with the pace, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to help us stay sharp, organized, and ahead of the curve on everything we buy.

This is an operational role — you’ll be handling day-to-day purchasing activities, supporting our Operations (Supply Chain) Team, managing spare parts, and working closely with production to make sure we always have what we need, when we need it.

What will be your responsibilities

• Handle internal purchase requests, especially from Operations (Supply Chain) Team and spare parts;
• Look at production schedules and sales orders (MRP) to figure out what needs to be bought;
• Create and follow up on purchase orders — from supplier confirmation to delivery;
• Keep our ERP (Odoo) up to date and our records clean;
• Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers — we believe in partnership, not just transactions;
• Help resolve any delivery or quality issues that pop up;
• Support the Procurement Manager with team-wide tasks and reporting;
• Follow processes but also help us make them better.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• 3+ years in a hands-on procurement or purchasing role;
• Comfortable with ERP tools — if you know Odoo, even better;
• Someone who loves spreadsheets, details, and ticking things off a list;
• Comfortable navigating between production needs and supplier follow-ups;
• Great communication skills and fluency in English;
• Organized, proactive, and a natural problem solver.

Extra valued skills

• Experience in hardware, tech, or industrial environments;
• Knowledge of technical parts or manufacturing processes;
• A passion for helping things run smoother.
