THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Associate to support and lead critical sourcing initiatives across our business — from our core vehicle fleet procurement to a growing portfolio of central services and indirect spend.
Reporting directly to the Global Procurement Director, this role will act as a key contributor to our global procurement strategy, ensuring we source the right vehicles and services at the right time, price, and quality. You'll work across teams and regions to implement procurement best practices that reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and support scalable business growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and stakeholder collaboration, and is ready to take ownership of meaningful procurement decisions in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for campervan fleet vehicles.
- Track performance vs. cost and volume targets; address any risks to timely vehicle delivery or infleeting.
- Coordinate with fleet, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement timing with operational planning.
- Own relationships and negotiations with vehicle suppliers and related service vendors.
- Lead or support sourcing efforts across departments (e.g., marketing, IT, travel, facilities, insurance, consultants).
- Identify spend consolidation and cost-saving opportunities across central commitments.
- Develop and manage procurement calendars and renewal tracking for key service contracts.
- Ensure vendor accountability through clear KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by improving spend visibility and procurement data accuracy.
- Act as a procurement business partner for internal teams, helping them make smarter sourcing decisions.
- Recommend improvements to procurement processes and tools for scale, compliance, and transparency.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar;
- Up to 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in the automotive industry;
- Experience and history in engaging and building value-adding relationships with internal customers and external partners across geographies and industries, at all levels;
- Strong analytical skills with affinity towards deal negotiations and ability to drive Procurement related KPIs;
- Natural commercial mindset, with exceptional great communication and emotional intelligence skills;
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) mandatory.
