What you'll do:
Strategic Business Partnership: Act as the main P&O partner for Team Leads and senior stakeholders across your assigned business areas, advising on people strategy, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
People Advisory: Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders to understand their business priorities and translate them into clear, practical P&O recommendations.
Employee Lifecycle Ownership: Support leaders across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to performance management, retention, employee relations, and exits, in close collaboration with People Operations.
Performance & Talent Development: Drive core people development processes such as performance cycles, feedback, development talks, and learning initiatives, helping managers raise the bar on performance and potential.
Leadership Coaching: Coach and challenge leaders on complex or sensitive people topics, including team effectiveness, engagement, retention risks, and individual development plans.
P&O Projects & Process Improvement: Own and contribute to P&O initiatives that improve how we work, scale, and support our teams, with a focus on practical, business-driven solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional and global P&O teams, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Operations to ensure a consistent, scalable, and high-quality people experience. Who we're looking for:
You have 4 to 6 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner, People Business Partner, or similar role, ideally in an international and fast-paced environment.You have experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into clear people actions.You have strong knowledge of core HR topics, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement, retention, and organizational development.You have a proven track record of driving people development initiatives and improving HR processes in a structured, hands-on way.You are comfortable handling complex or sensitive people topics with maturity, discretion, and sound judgment.You combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and can work effectively across different cultures and stakeholder groups.You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
