THE ROLE

As an Indie Campers Paid Search Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies to maximize the number of nights offered, optimize cost per night sold, and manage cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve managing paid search campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing optimizations to achieve our growth and profitability targets.

You will be joining our Growth team, reporting directly to the Growth Executive and working closely with the Revenue Management team.

 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Paid Search Strategy: Develop and implement paid search strategies to increase the qualified demand through paid search channels.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize cost per night sold while maintaining high-quality standards and achieving revenue targets.
  • Budget Management: Manage paid search budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to paid search, including nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: To align paid search strategies with overall business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in paid search activities.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our paid search strategies are effective and innovative.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid search marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of paid search strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in paid search tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
  • You are motivated by taking ownership of your tasks and driving continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
