🚀 .NET Full stack Developer

We are looking for a .Net Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Payroll II team. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our applications, implementing new features, improving existing functionality, and contributing to architectural evolution — including the refactoring of legacy systems into microservices and micro front ends.

In this role, you'll:
  • Maintain and develop the current web application
  • Design, develop, and implement new features and functionality
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and security issues
  • Improve overall product quality, performance, and scalability
  • Write testable, maintainable, and high-quality code, including unit tests
  • Participate in weekly deployment rotations (once per quarter)
  • Join a sub-chapter of your choice to deepen expertise in a specific technical domain and contribute to organisational innovation

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ Years of experience as a full stack developer (Saas industries or Payroll industry will be a plus)
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience working in Azure environments (DevOps, Pipelines)
  • Strong knowledge of GIT (preferably GitHub)
  • Ability to produce testable code and implement unit testing
  • Experience with REST API design and development
  • Familiarity with web components and front-end modular design
  • Energetic and proactive approach with a focus on innovation and improvement
  • Demonstrated ownership of tasks and ability to deliver high-quality results
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with AI tools, such as Cursor
  • Experience working with containers
  • Payroll software experience

Current & Upcoming Projects:

  • Developing a new data presentation layer using micro front-ends to extract data from monolithic systems
  • Leveraging AI tools (Cursor) to refactor monoliths into microservices
  • Implementing payroll-related improvements and feature upgrades
