We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Web Brand Designer UI/UX to join our dedicated Brand Team.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary guardian of our digital brand experience, responsible for translating our core brand identity, vision, and mission into exceptional, consistent, and user-centric web and product interfaces. You will ensure that our visual brand is flawlessly executed across all digital platforms in the fast-paced and dynamic world of cryptocurrency.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to design high-fidelity user interfaces (UI), develop digital brand guidelines, and establish UI component libraries that ensure visual continuity. Your focus will be on leveraging strong UX principles and pixel-perfect execution to maintain a cohesive, striking, and effective brand presence across our entire digital ecosystem.

Technical Skills

  • User Interface (UI) Design & Prototyping: Design and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms and digital products. Create interactive prototypes (e.g., in Figma) to demonstrate interaction models and validate design solutions within the brand framework.
  • Web & Landing Page Design: Lead the design of key marketing assets, including high-conversion landing pages, email templates, and brand websites. Focus on leveraging UX principles to optimize these experiences for effectiveness and brand alignment.
  • Visual Assets for Digital Campaigns: Create all necessary visual content for digital campaigns, including advertisements, social media graphics, and promotional banners, ensuring they are designed with web optimization and brand guidelines in mind.
  • Complexity and Impact of Work

  • Design System Contribution & Maintenance: Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Digital Design System and UI component library. Ensure all components are on-brand, accessible, and scalable for use by product and development teams.
  • Organizational Knowledge

  • Industry & Design Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest UI/UX trends, design technology, and digital design best practices. Continuously monitor the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape to ensure the brand's digital presence remains innovative and competitive.
  • Communication and Influence

  • Cross-Functional Brand Alignment: Work closely with Product and Development teams during implementation (handoff) to ensure the final product build perfectly matches the approved design and visual brand standards. Act as the brand's consultant on all digital design decisions.
  • You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in web design and knowledge of UI/UX.
  • The ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value.
  • The ability to balance creative and strategic elements to enhance brand recognition and engagement across platforms.
  • Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
  • Worked alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs.
  • The ability to give and receive feedback
