We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Portugal! We're seeking a versatile, proactive professional with a genuine interest in the different areas of marketing.

What you will do : 

• Localize global campaigns and adapt communication to match TheFork’s tone of voice in Portuguese.
  
  
• Manage and brief external agencies, ensuring effective delivery of paid social, display, and content marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Create and manage content across social media platforms, newsletters, CRM and partner communications.
  
  
• Translate and adapt marketing materials from English to Portuguese, ensuring relevance and tone fit.
  
  
• Support the planning and execution of events aimed at partners and stakeholders.
  
  
• Assist in performance marketing coordination, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to ensure paid media effectiveness.
  
  
• Provide reporting and analysis on campaign results and share insights for continuous improvement.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CRM, Performance, and PR teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
  
  
• Maintain alignment with regional strategies while driving execution locally.

Who you are: 

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas like Pivot and Vlookup, basic automations, data handling).

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B environments.
  
  
• Experience managing external agencies and coordinating on multi-channel campaigns.
  
  
• Solid understanding of digital performance marketing, including paid social and basic SEO/SEM notions.
  
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce).
  
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
  
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  
• Excellent writing and verbal skills in Portuguese, with a high-level command of English (for internal coordination and material translation).
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
