What you'll do
You’ll be part of the Offline team and take ownership of our Last Mile delivery operations across Europe; making sure our products get from the warehouse to the customer, on time and in great shape. Manage daily delivery operations and ensure smooth coordination between warehouses and carrier partnersAct as the main point of contact between internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Tech) and external delivery providersMonitor delivery performance (e.g. on-time rate, delays, customer complaints) and take action when issues ariseSupport new carrier onboarding and improve delivery processes for speed, quality, and cost efficiencyHandle operational escalations quickly, including missed deliveries and damaged itemsTrack key KPIs and assist in preparing reports and insights for performance reviewsCollaborate on contracts, SLAs, and pricing updates with logistics partners when necessary Who we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in logistics or operations, ideally in Last Mile delivery or transport coordinationStrong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to daily tasksClear communicator who’s comfortable working with many teams and external partnersConfident with Excel and using data to solve problemsFluent in EnglishSpanish and French are a plus, but not mandatoryExperience with logistics tools (WMS, TMS, tracking platforms) is a plus What we offer:
