What you'll do
Lead the development and execution of the logistics excellence strategy to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations ensuring alignment with business goalsOwn and optimize the performance of external logistics partners (carriers, 3PLs) driving operational excellence across the networkEstablish and monitor key performance metrics (OTIF, lead times, service quality) to track progress and identify areas for improvementChampion process standardization and optimization across internal and external logistics functions fostering a culture of excellenceImplement data-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs at the SKU level and improve customer outcomesCollaborate with business leaders and functional teams to align logistics processes with broader organizational goals and continuously improve value streamsStay ahead of industry trends and innovations bringing forward best practices and cutting-edge solutions to elevate logistics operationsEnsure cost-efficient logistics operations while maintaining high service levels through strategic decision-making Who we're looking for:
Strong experience in driving logistics excellence with a focus on continuous process improvement and operational optimizationProven track record of leading transformative initiatives within logistics or supply chain functions with measurable impactDeep expertise in logistics network management, performance optimization and strategic stakeholder managementData-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements that drive performance and cost-efficiencyStrong knowledge of logistics systems (WMS, TMS), automation tools, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams and levelsA college degree is required; an engineering or supply chain-related degree is preferred An MBA is a plus
