We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quantitative Researcher to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quantitative modeling, statistics, and programming, with 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or financial research. You will contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of models that inform trading strategies and market analysis across digital assets.
