You’ll be joining Mind, our innovative mental health solution that redefines how care is delivered - moving beyond scheduled appointments to provide support that’s continuous, personalized, and responsive. Mind combines Ph.D.-level psychologists, real-time biometric insights from wearable tech, and Phoenix, our proactive AI care agent, to deliver stigma-free mental health support anytime, anywhere. We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst to join our Mind team, focused on delivering high-quality digital experiences that support mental health and well-being. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure our apps and AI features are reliable, effective, and user-friendly. You will play a key part in validating that the product meets both technical and clinical expectations, by executing test cases, investigating issues, and contributing to continuous quality improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in psychology or a related field who is eager to grow in the tech space while helping build solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
