What you'll do:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of 3PL partners and logistics vendors.Support the negotiation and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring they align with company standards (OTIF, lead times, claim rates).Track and report on logistics KPIs such as OTIF, cost per order, and backlog.Participate in performance reviews with 3PL partners and collaborate on improvement actions.Assist in resolving operational issues that arise, ensuring swift resolution to maintain performance.Support in identifying and onboarding new carriers or logistics partners when needed.Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Tech) to help improve overall delivery performance and process efficiency. Who we're looking for:
A proactive communicator who can collaborate with various stakeholders, including external logistics partners and internal teams.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and operational data.Some experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly with 3PL or last-mile carriers.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Eagerness to learn and grow within the logistics space, with a strong desire to develop expertise in supply chain management.Fluent in English, and German is a strong plus.
